Promo Shots - John Common and Jessica DeNicola

John and I have been friends for a while... one night, over waaaaaaay too much whiskey, we started throwing out ideas for his next CD, "Beautiful Empty" (which, btw, is AMAZING!!!) and I have been thinking about how to do his music justice in pictures.  I wanted to depict the vast world of music as a huge field, where John and Jess invite the listener to sit down and hang out for a while with them, listen to their music and get to know them...  So, last weekend we packed up the cars and headed East - thank Goodness John and Jess are so laid back!  They happily ended up in the middle of a field ready to have some fun!  Here are some of my favorite shots from the session - thank you guys for being such sports and playing with me!
